What are Ramp Points?
Ramp Points are our way of rewarding you for your engaging with our products and supporting our community.
How do I earn Ramp Points?
There are many ways to earn Ramp Points:
- Complete KYC and create your brand new Magic Ramp Account (500 points)
- Complete your first Onramp or Offramp transaction for any amount (200 points)
- Refer a friend using your unique referral link (you get 500 points, they get 200)
- User the Magic Ramp and earn 1 Point for every €1 ramped.

How can I track my Ramp Points?
You can track your points by simply connecting your MetaMask Wallet to our Snap at
https://snap.harbour.fi/. Your total points will be displayed at the top of the screen.
How can I use my Ramp Points?
In the coming months, we will announce further rewards for those who have earned Ramp Points. In the meantime, stay up to date by following Harbour on X and other community channels!
Can I transfer my Ramp Points?
No, Ramp Points are a personal reward for your individual contributions to the Harbour community and therefore cannot be transferred.
Who can earn Ramp Points?
As the majority of Ramp Points are connected to engagement with the core Magic Ramp product. Ramp Points can currently only be earned by individuals eligible to open a Magic Ramp Account, in the EU.
Additionally, Harbour reserves the right to exclude any wallet from earning Ramp Points at its discretion to maintain the integrity and fairness of the rewards program. Exclusions may occur for various reasons, including, but not limited to:
- Suspicious Activity: Wallets flagged for unusual or questionable transactions that may indicate malicious behavior.
- Association with Bad Actors: Wallets linked to individuals or entities known for unethical or illegal conduct within or outside the crypto ecosystem.
- Involvement with Scammers: Wallets connected to parties known for scamming activities or fraudulent schemes.
- Gaming the System: Wallets suspected of exploiting the rewards program through Sybil attacks (creating multiple accounts to claim more rewards) or other manipulative tactics.
- Sanctioned Jurisdictions: Wallets associated with countries or regions under international sanctions or regulatory restrictions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and preventing potential legal liabilities.
What is Onramp Summer?
To celebrate the launch of the Magic Ramp with MetaMask Snaps, we are running Onramp Summer during
the month of August.
Our goal is to bring as much new capital on-chain as possible this summer.
- Throughout August, all Magic Ramp users will get:
ZERO FEE Magic Ramp Transactions (subject to £2k per day tx limits)

You do not need to do anything, whenever you use the Magic Ramp we will credit your account with the points you have earned.
Can I still claim my points from the
2023 Harbour Neobank Waitlist Campaign?
Yes. If you participated in the 2023 Campaign, those points are still intact. To convert those points into Ramp Points:
1. Install the MetaMask Snap and open a Magic Ramp Account;
2. Reach out to
points@harbour.fi from the email address you used in the original campaign and provide the wallet address linked to your Magic Ramp Account.
Your waitlist points will be converted to Ramp Points; you will get 10 Ramp Points for every Waitlist Point you collected last year!
